این کلبه یکخوابه به همراه جکوزی و تراس با چشم انداز زیبا در منطقه ییلاقی و کوهستانی با آب و هوای دلنشین در روستای شانه تراس واقع شده است و تا شهر تنکابن حدود 33 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به صورتی است که طبقه پایین با دسترسی 5 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی و بالکن دلباز و طبقه بالا دارای یک اتاق خواب بدون در و جکوزی با سرویس فرنگی می باشد.
محوطه اطراف کلبه سه طرف با دیوار و طرف دیگر با فنس محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
