این ویلا دو خوابه مستر به همراه تاب و بالکنی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای بالفکلای شرقی و با فاصله حدود 20 کیلومتری از شهر بابل و شیرگاه واقع شده است.
ویلا در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک سرویس ایرانی و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب مستر به همراه بالکن می باشد.
محوطه اطراف اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
