این اتاق مستر با دسترسی حدود 17 پله در طبقه بالای یک ساختمان دو طبقه مرمت کاری شده با قدمتی بالغ بر حدود 170 سال در محیطی دنج و سرسبز در روستای خوش آب و هوای جفاکنده از توابع نوکنده واقع شده که تا شهر بندر گز حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اتاق 30 متری دارای سینگ با اجاق گاز و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی با حمام است.
قابل ذکر است یخچال و تلار مسقف با مهمانان ساکن در طبقه بالا به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
دور تا دور حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد.
از این اقامتگاه با حدود 500 متر پیاده روی دسترسی به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت ممکن است و کیفیت خطوط شبکه تلفن همراه برای ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
قابل ذکر است حدود 50 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه جاده به صورت خاکی مناسب برای تردد وسایل نقیله است.
بندرگز با قدمتی کهن از شمال به خلیج گرگان و از سمت جنوب به رشته کوههای البرز و جنگل های سرسبز و انبوه دسترسی دارد و اسکله و بازارچه بندرگز یکی از اصلی ترین و مهمترین جاذبه های گردشگری این منطقه می باشد.
