این خانه مبله دو خوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی در شهر بهشهر واقع شده است.
اقامتگاه فاقد پارکینگ می باشد ولی کوچه از فضای پارک مناسبی برخوردار است، میزبان نیز در طبقه دوم با دروازه ووردی مجزا سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود 500 متری به سوپرماکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند، همچنین کیفیت خطوط شبکه برای تلفن همراه در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت در ایرانسل و همراه اول به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است که حدود 50 متر مسیر منتهی به ویلا، جاده به صورت خاکی مناسب برای تردد خودرو است.
باغ عباس آباد، چشمه عمارت بهشهر، غار هوتو و قلعه شاه نشین آسیاب سر از جاذبه های گردشگری بهشهر زیبا می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حمام با سرویس ایرانی در حیاط قرار دارد.
