It is located on the second floor (with approximately 13 steps of access) of a two-story, two-unit building in the pleasant village of Ardeh, about 30 km from Rezvanshahr.
The accommodation complex, enclosed by a fence, is situated in a pristine forest environment. Guests can access this lush green area and the river near the accommodation through a gate on the property, allowing them to fully enjoy the delightful nature of the region.
This wooden villa features a living room, a kitchen, a master bedroom, and a bathroom with a Western-style toilet. An Iranian-style toilet is provided in the courtyard.
The caretaker resides in the neighborhood, and the host is also present on the premises at times. The courtyard and the Iranian toilet are shared with other guests. Guests can find a supermarket and bakery approximately 500 meters from the accommodation for their daily needs. Please note that the accommodation's fuel is supplied via LPG cylinders.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls. Internet access is 4G for Irancell and weak for Hamrah-e Aval.
It is worth noting that approximately 500 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved but accessible by all types of vehicles.
