این ویلا دو خوابه با حیاطی دلباز و استخر سرپوشیده در روستای منگوده با فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری از رشت واقع شده است.
اطراف محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور است و مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه با پیمودن حدود 500 متر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی پیدا کنند.
کیفیت شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
لازم به ذکر است که حدود 200 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه با صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
