این ویلا یکخوابه با حیاطی دل انگیز در روستای نجم آباد با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری از قزوین در محیطی شهرکی واقع شده است.
اطراف محوطه ویلا با دیوار محصور است و شهرک نیز دارای نگهبان 24 ساعته می باشد، همچنین سرویس ایرانی اقامتگاه در حیاط قرار دارد.
در نظر داشته باشید که اقامتگاه فاقد لوله کشی گاز شهری است و سوخت مصرفی آن از طریق کپسول و نفت تامین می گردد، همچنین آب لوله کشی ویلا از طریق منبع تامین می گردد لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود که آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی نیز می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه با پیمودن حدود 700 متر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی پیدا کنند.
کیفیت آنتن دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش شبکه اینترنت نیز به صورت ضعیف می باشد.
