این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه مستر با حیاطی دلباز و درختکاری شده و به همراه بالکنی دلنشین در طبقه دوم (با دسترسی حدود 15 پله) یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی در طرقبه واقع شده است.
محوطه حیاط دلباز این اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان 24 ساعته در حیاط سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط با نگهبان و سایر مهمانان به صورت مشترک قابل استفاده است.
آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه از طریق چاه تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است لذا توصیه می شود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند با طی مسافت حدود 2 کیلومتر به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
لازم به ذکر است مهمانان گرامی باید خودرو خود رو در فاصله حدود 70 متری ویلا پارک کرده و به صورت پیاده به ویلا دسترسی داشته باشند.
