طراحی این ویلا به صورتی است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و با دسترسی حدود 12 پله از حیاط، در طبقه بالا پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی، سرویس ایرانی و ایوانی دنج قرار دارد.
