این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی با حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای کلمه با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری از شهر کلاردشت واقع شده است.
محوطه اطراف خانه با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در طبقه بالا همین ساختمان سکونت دارد که ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک استفاده می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری خانه استفاده نمایند.
