این اتاق سنتی شاهنشین با یک تخت دبل و دو تخت سینگل در مجموعه ای 10 واحدی با صبحانه رایگان در 150 متری ورودی میدان تاریخی نقش جهان شهر توریستی اصفهان واقع شده است که تنها 100 متر با پارکینگ عمومی فاصله دارد.
اتاق ها با دسترسی حدود 3 پله از حیاط در دسترس اند و دارای یک تخت دبل و دو تخت سینگل ولی فاقد آشپزخانه می باشند اما امکان پخت و پز در آشپزخانه مرکزی فراهم است و حمام و سرویس فرنگی در اتاق و سرویس ایرانی در حیاط تعبیه شده.
محوطه از چهارطرف با دیوار محصور است و مواردی مانند حوض، کتابخانه و فضا سنتی مجموعه لوکیشن مناسبی را برای عکاسی مهمانان فراهم کرده است، همچنین اقامتگاه دارای صبحانه، آب معدنی و چای و یک فنجان قهوه ی رایگان به ازای هر شب است.
سوپرمارکت در مجاورت ساختمان قرار دارد و میهمانان گرامی با حدود 500 متر پیاده روی به نانوایی دسترسی خواهند داشت.
