این اتاق 20 متری در یک مجموعه اقامتی 5 واحدی دارای رستوران و حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای سرخشکی با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری از شهر زیباکنار واقع شده است.
این اتاق دارای یک تخت دو نفره، رخت خواب سنتی، بخاری، اسپیلت می باشد و همچنین فاقد آشپزخانه و امکانات پخت و پز است.
اطراف حیاط مجموعه با دیوار محصور می باشد و نگهبان نیز در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
گفتنی است سرو غذا در وعده صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به حیاط دلباز، آلاچیق، رستوران و حمام و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و فرنگی اشاره کرد.
