This 20-square-meter master room with a wooden design is located on the second floor (with approximately 10 steps access) of a two-story, two-unit building within an accommodation complex in the peaceful and pleasant village of Malek Rood, which is 15 km from Siahkal city and about 30 km from Lahijan city.
This 20-square-meter room (without cooking facilities) features a double bed, a bathroom with a Western toilet, traditional bedding, a split air conditioner, and a gas heater.
Shared facilities of this complex include a veranda, a cafe and dining area, a bathroom with Iranian and Western toilets, a gazebo, and a beautiful and spacious accommodation area.
The courtyard of the complex is enclosed by a low wall and fence, and a 24-hour security guard resides on the premises. Additionally, for enhanced security, the entrance and premises are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Dear guests can access a supermarket and bakery by traveling approximately one kilometer to purchase their daily necessities.
Network quality for Irancell and Hamrah Aval is moderate for calls, and internet coverage for both operators is weak due to the forested nature of the area. Please note that free Wi-Fi with a 5 GB limit is provided to dear guests.
The accommodation does not have a kitchen for guests, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be provided with prior arrangement and separate payment.
It is worth noting that 700 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved and uphill, accessible by all types of vehicles. Given the forested nature of the road, it is best to travel during daylight hours.
