این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه دارای حیاط دلباز و ایوان دنج با چشم انداز بی نظیر و سرسبز در روستای وردوم واقع شده است که تا مرکز شهر ماسال حدود 3.5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محیط اطراف حیاط از 4 طرف با فنس محصور شده است، همچنین میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد. دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی نیز با فاصله حدود 300 متری امکان پذیر می باشد.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و اینترنت نیز در ایرانسل به صورت 4g است. اما اینترنت در همراه اول ضعیف تر است.
ماسال یا بهشت گمشده گیلان شهری در غرب استان گیلان که به علت برخورداری از آب و هوای خنک، طبیعت سرسبز، ییلاقات زیبا نظیر اولسبلنگا و سوچاله هر سالانه گردشگر زیادی را به خود جذب می نماید.
