The garden is enclosed by a wall, and the host resides on the ground floor. The entrance gate and yard are shared with the host and residents of the other suites. For added security, CCTV cameras overlook the entrance and the premises.
For daily necessities, a supermarket is available at a distance of about 600 meters, but the village lacks a bakery, so esteemed guests need to prepare their bread in advance.

It should be noted that about 100 meters of the road leading to the house is unpaved but accessible for all types of vehicles.
