این خانه مبله دو خوابه در روستای هردابرود با فاصله حدود 4.5 کیلومتری از مرکز شهر عباس آباد واقع شده است.
خانه با حدود 18 پله دسترسی در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور می باشد و میزبان در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان استفاده می شود. جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر نیز دوربین مداربسته به محوطه و دروازه اشراف دارد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 350 متر ممکن است.
