این خانه دو خوابه با دسترسی 3 پله در یک ساختمان دو طبقه تک واحدی با حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوا و ییلاقی شیخ موسی از توابع بندپی شرقی با فاصله حدود 70 کیلومتری از شهر بابل واقع شده است.
محوطه اطراف خانه با فنس محصور شده است، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید طبقه پایین ساختمان انباری بوده و قابل استفاده نمی باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود دو کیلومتری خانه استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت در همراه اول به صورت 4g و در ایرانسل ضعیف می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود دو کیلومتر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی است و در شیب ملایمی از جاده قرار دارد.
از دیدنی‌ های این روستا می‌ توان به چشمه‌‌ های آب معدنی و آبشار شیخ موسی یا حاجی موسی اشاره کرد.
آبگرم ازرود و هفت آبشار، جاده گنج افروز، منطقه گردشگری لفور، پارک جنگلی تلار و بزچفت و ... تنها بخشی از جاذبه های گردشگری نزدیک به این اقامتگاه می باشند.
