این ویلا دو خوابه با استخر سرپوشیده آبگرم، میز بیلیارد، فوتبال دستی، پینگ پنگ، حیاطی دلباز و سرسبز مجهز به تاب، آتشکده و آلاچیق با میز و صندلی در حومه شهر مشهد واقع شده است که تا مرکز شهر حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محیط اطراف حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده اسـت و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر دوربین مداربسته مشرف به ورودی می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود سه کیلومتری قابل دسترس است.
