این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه با تراس دلباز و محیطی جنگلی در روستای سرسبز پرکاپشت در جاده کیاشهر واقع شده که تا شهر آستانه اشرفیه حدود 9 کیلومتر و یا بندر کیاشهر حدود 12 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این کلبه به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در و تراس تعبیه شده است.
محوطه اطراف کلبه فاقد حصار و دیوار می باشد و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از کلبه سکونت دارد.
