این ویلا چهار خوابه که دو اتاق خواب آن مستر است، با امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده آبگرم، جکوزی، میز بیلیارد، فوتبال دستی و حیاطی دلباز در روستای حاجی کلا سفلی واقع شده است که حدود 4 کیلومتر با شهر سرخرود فاصله دارد.
