این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با حیاطی سرسبز و درخت کاری شده در روستای خوش آب و هوای ندامان با فاصله حدود 15 کیلومتری از صومعه سرا واقع شده است.
محوطه ویلا از سه طرف با دیوار محصور شده و از یک طرف به سمت رودخانه باز است، همچنین سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی میتوانند با طی مسافت حدود یک کیلومتری به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت برای ایرانسل به صورت 4g ولی برای همراه اول 3g می باشد.
آبشار رامینه،ییلاق دیدنی اولسابلانگاه،غار آویشو ،قعله رودخان،ساحل گیسوم از جاذبه های قابل دسترسی از این اقامتگاه است.
لازم به ذکر است اقامتگاه دارای سه اتاق خواب است ولی درب یکی از اتاق ها قفل می باشد.
