Overwater Villa at Sang Chalak Tourist Resort

This one-bedroom villa, featuring a lush green yard and beautiful views, is nestled within a vast tourist complex in Sang Chalak village, situated approximately 7 km from Chamestan and 25 km from Noor, right by a lake. The complex's amenities include a private lake, a farm for birds and domestic animals, and gazebos. The villa's design places the living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with a Western toilet on the ground floor, while the bedroom is located on the upper floor. Please note, the villa does not have an Iranian-style toilet. The complex grounds are enclosed by a wall and equipped with CCTV cameras. A 24-hour security guard is also stationed on-site. For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are approximately 1 km away from the accommodation. Mobile phone reception for Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is good for calls, and internet coverage is 4G. Please be aware that 200 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved (a dirt road). Attractions within this complex include two large lakes, an island, and a high hill. Additionally, the complex is home to over 16 species of domestic animals, over 1500 wild geese and ducks, 20 peacocks, 3 horses, sheep, chickens and roosters, guinea fowl, Brahma chickens, ducks, warm-water fish, whitefish, and carp for breeding. Furthermore, the farm is nestled amidst rice paddies, adjacent to and bordering the largest forest park in the Middle East (Noor). It is worth noting that most of the dishes cooked in the complex are prepared using ingredients sourced and raised from this very environment, such as goose, wild duck, duck, stuffed chicken, Akbar Joojeh, and more. Larij Hot Spring, Joorbond, Ali Malat Dam, and Ab Pari Waterfall are among the tourist attractions in the vicinity.
