The villa's surroundings are enclosed by a fence on two sides and walls on the other two sides. For added security, the entrance gate and yard are equipped with CCTV cameras. For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are accessible within approximately 800 meters. Please note that the cabin does not have city gas; heaters are fueled by gas cylinders, and all appliances are electric. Mobile network coverage for Hamrah-e Avval operator is good for calls and 4G internet access, but coverage for Irancell operator is weak. It is worth mentioning that approximately 800 meters of the access road to the cabin is a dirt road.
