Swiss Cottage in Roustamabad - Kolvarz

This one-bedroom Swiss cottage is situated in a large, spacious garden at the beginning of the garden road of Kolvarz village, approximately 15 km from Rudbar. The cottage's design features a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, while two bedrooms and a terrace with mountain views are located upstairs. The bathroom, equipped with an Iranian-style toilet, is situated in the yard. Please note that the cottage's tap water is supplied from a tank and is not suitable for drinking; therefore, it is recommended to bring bottled water for consumption. The cottage's fuel is supplied via an LPG gas cylinder. The area around the cottage is not fenced and lacks an entrance gate. The host resides in the vicinity. Kindly note that guests will need to park their car at the beginning of the garden and walk approximately 500 meters through the garden to reach the cottage. A loyal dog is also present on the garden premises. For daily necessities, guests will have access to a supermarket and bakery located about 500 meters from the cottage. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and 4G internet access is available. Derfak Peak, Darband Rashi Cave, Marlik Hill, Chichal Village, and Estakhrgah are among the beautiful tourist attractions of the Sidashat summer region. The stove shown in the pictures is inactive; guests can use the picnic stove provided in the cottage for cooking.
