Swiss Cottage in Roustamabad - Kolvarz

This one-bedroom Swiss cottage is located in a large, open garden at the beginning of the garden road of Kalooraz village, approximately 15 km from Rudbar.
The cottage is designed such that the living room and kitchen are on the lower floor, and the two bedrooms and a terrace with mountain views are on the upper floor. There is also a bathroom with an Iranian toilet in the yard.
It should be noted that the piped water in the villa is supplied from a tank and is not suitable for drinking, so it is recommended to bring bottled water for consumption. The cottage's fuel is supplied via an LPG cylinder.
The area around the cottage is not fenced and has no entrance gate. The host also resides in the vicinity. Please note that esteemed guests need to park their car at the beginning of the garden and walk approximately 500 meters through the garden to reach the cottage. A loyal dog is also present in the garden area.
Esteemed guests will have access to a supermarket and bakery approximately 200 meters from the cottage for their daily needs. The mobile network coverage quality for Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is good for calls, and internet access is available via 4G.

The gas stove shown in the pictures is not functional; you can use the picnic stove available in the cottage for cooking.
