The accommodation is designed with one double bed and one single bed, and it does not have a kitchen. However, breakfast will be served free of charge, and it is possible to order other meals from the restaurant contracted with the complex. The room also has a bathroom with a Western toilet, and an Iranian toilet is communal in the complex.
The accommodation's courtyard is enclosed by a wall, and a 24-hour guard resides on the premises. Additionally, for increased security, common areas are equipped with CCTV cameras.
For your essential needs, you can use the supermarket approximately 100 meters from the accommodation. However, the area lacks a bakery, and we recommend purchasing your bread before entering the complex.
The mobile network quality for Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is poor for calls, and internet access is not possible. However, the complex has free Wi-Fi, and it is possible to make calls in the courtyard and on the rooftop of the complex.
It should be noted that the accommodation does not have city gas piping, and heating is provided by electricity. Also, the quality of the local water is not suitable for drinking, and we recommend bringing mineral water for drinking.
