This furnished one-bedroom suite is located on the second floor (about 13 access steps) of a four-story building with 8 units with easy access to commercial and welfare centers in the 7th district of Tehran city and on Ayatollah Madani Street.
The entrance gate and staircase are shared with the other floors, and the host lives next door. To maintain more security, a CCTV camera has been installed overlooking the entrance.
For daily necessities, guests can access a supermarket and bakery about 50 metres away. The quality of mobile network lines for Irancell and Hamrah Aval is also good in conversations and 4G internet coverage.
