این ویلای تریبلکس پنج خوابه که سه خواب آن مستر است در روستای لتینگان واقع شده است که تا مرکز نوشهر حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.

این ویلا به گونه ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه همکف دارای استخر سرپوشیده با جکوزی و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد، در طبقه اول پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و تراس قرار دارد و در طبقه دوم ویلا نیز سه اتاق خواب مستر، سرویس فرنگی و تراس دلباز تعبیه شده است و اتاق خواب 5 ام یا شاهنشین (بدون در) در طبقه سوم قرار دارد.
محیط اطراف حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است، نگهبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از ویلا سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر، محوطه و ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است. به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری قابل دسترس است، همچنین آب لوله کشی ویلا کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید.
