Swiss Villa in Shiraz - Khan Zenyan

This two-bedroom Swiss cottage is located in an accommodation complex with four other units, featuring a landscaped and spacious courtyard, in the village of Khan Zenyan, approximately 40 km from Shiraz city.
The design of this cottage is such that the lower floor has a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a Western toilet, while the upper floor has a sleeping area (without a door) and a terrace.
The area around the complex is enclosed by walls on all four sides, and a 24-hour security guard is present at the entrance of the complex.
Please note that, as per the images, the accommodation is equipped with a single-burner camping stove. In case the gas cylinder runs out and needs refilling, you can contact the host or the accommodation's guard.
It is worth mentioning that the fuel for the accommodation is supplied via a liquid gas cylinder.
The water for the accommodation is supplied from a 10,000-liter water tank, so guests are advised to bring their own bottled water.
Dear guests can purchase their daily necessities from the supermarket and bakery located approximately 800 meters from the complex.
The mobile network coverage quality for Irancell and Hamrah-e Aval operators is good for calls, and internet access is available as 4G.
It should be noted that approximately 500 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved.
