این اتاق 5 تخته مستر با صبحانه رایگان در یک مجموعه بومگردی 9 واحدی با حیاطی نقلی در روستای باغستان واقع شده است که تا پارسیان حدود یک کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این اتاق 24 متری (فاقد امکانات پخت و پز) دارای یک تخت دو نفره، سه تخت یکنفره، رخت خواب سنتی، حمام با سرویس ایرانی، کولر گازی و بخاری برقی می باشد.
محوطه اطراف با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در محوطه حضور دارند، همچنین به جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر محوطه، ورودی و مشاعات مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به آشپزخانه، آلاچیق، سالن غذاخوری در محوطه اقامتگاه اشاره کرد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
