این ویلای دو خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است با استخر سرپوشیده و میز فوتبال دستی در منطقه فرح آباد واقع شده که تا ساحل دریا حدود 2 کیلومتر و تا شهر ساری حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این ویلا در طبقه همکف دارای استخر سرپوشیده، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب(یکخواب مستر) و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا تراس قرار دارد که دسترسی به آن از طریق پله های بیرونی ممکن است.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی ویلا سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی، محوطه حیاط و تراس مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
