This one-bedroom Swiss cottage has a cozy veranda with mountain and forest views and a spacious yard, located at kilometer 3 of the Siahkal to Deylaman road.
The cottage on the first floor has a living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a Western toilet, and on the second floor there is an open-plan bedroom.
The surrounding area is enclosed by walls on all four sides, and the entrance gate and yard are shared with the residents of another house on the property. For added security, there is also a surveillance camera overlooking the yard.
For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are accessible within approximately 300 meters. The quality of mobile network coverage for Hamrah Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G. The cottage is also equipped with free Wi-Fi.
It should be noted that about 100 meters of the path leading to the cottage is unpaved (dirt road) but accessible by all types of vehicles.
The access road is a mountainous, asphalted road with sharp turns and gentle slopes, which requires a technically sound vehicle. Dense fog is a common phenomenon on this road, limiting visibility. Careful driving and the use of fog lights are essential, and it is preferable to plan your trip to arrive during daylight hours.
