This one-bedroom wooden unit features a spacious terrace with beautiful views, accessible via approximately 7 steps, located on the second floor of a three-story, ten-unit complex in Talegan village, about two kilometers from Imamzadeh Ebrahim village and approximately 30 kilometers from Shaft city.
The design of this wooden unit includes a living room, a kitchen, and one bedroom. The bathroom with an Iranian toilet is located on the terrace.
The area around the complex's courtyard is fenced, and the host also resides in the same complex. For added security, the entrance and the area are equipped with CCTV cameras. Please note that construction is ongoing in the neighboring area.
It is worth mentioning that food service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is possible with prior arrangement and an additional fee. Please also note that the complex's fuel is supplied via LPG cylinders.
Dear guests can use the supermarket within the same complex and a bakery approximately 50 meters from the unit for their daily needs.
The quality of mobile network coverage for Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and internet access is available via 4G.
It should be noted that approximately 200 meters of the road leading to the unit is an unpaved dirt road.
