این خانه مبله دو خوابه در طبقه دوم (حدود 15 پله دسترسی) یک ساختمان دو طبقه و چهار واحدی (دسترسی حدود 36 پله) در منطقه تنگک دو شهر بوشهر واقع شده است که تا مرکز شهر حدود 7 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف ساختمان با دیوار محصور است، همچنین میزبان در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد اما دروازه ورودی و راه پله به صورت مستقل در اختیار مهمانان قرار دارد.
