این ویلا دو خوابه تراس با چشم انداز زیبا و حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای کهنه سرا واقع شده است که با شهر ساحلی نوشهر حدود 24 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
محوطه اطراف اقامتگاه با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده و نگهبان 24 ساعته نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارند، همچنین دسترسی به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت در فاصله 100 متری از اقامتگاه امکانپذیر است.
کیفیت خطوط شبکه برای تلفن همراه در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت برای همراه اول و ایرانسل به صورت 4g می باشد.
نوشهر با بهره مندی از طبیعت بکر، جنگلهای پوشیده از درخت و دسترسی آسان به دریا به همراه تفریحات آبی مهیج همواره مورد توجه گردشگران قرار دارد.
