This two-bedroom Swiss cottage is located in the pleasant village of Asiabsar, approximately 10 km from Behshahr city. An outdoor pool, a gazebo, and a roof garden equipped with garden tables and chairs provide an attractive and delightful space for evening gatherings and get-togethers for our esteemed guests. The cottage's design features a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with a Western toilet, and a bathroom with an Iranian toilet on the lower floor. An open-plan bedroom (without a door) and a balcony are located on the upper floor. The property is enclosed by a wall, and for enhanced security, the entrance gate and yard are equipped with CCTV cameras covering the alley. Guests can purchase their daily necessities from a supermarket approximately 200 meters away and a bakery about 500 meters from the house. Mobile network quality for both Hamrah-e Avval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and 4G internet access is available. Please note that approximately 70 meters of the road leading to the villa is unpaved.
