این خانه مبله دو خوابه حیاط دار با دسترسی حدود 15 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه سه واحدی و در منطقه ای دنج و آرام و با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از مرکز شهر چابهار واقع شده است.
محوطه ساختمان از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان با دروازه ورودی مشترک در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد.
آب لوله کشی این منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم برای نوشیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود آب معدنی جهت نوشیدن همراه داشته باشید، همچنین سوخت مصرفی این سوئیت از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
امکان برگزاری تورهای طبیعت گردی، شهرگردی، دریانوردی با لنج یا قایق، موج سواری و .. با پرداخت هزینه جداگانه برای میهمانان ممکن است.
