این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در روستای لوابن و با فاصله حدود 2 کیلومتری از شهر اسالم واقع شده است.
طراحی این واحد به صورت نیم پیلوت است که قسمت پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی و قسمت بالا دارای یک اتاق خواب و بالکن نقلی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی جهت تهیه ی مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی به ترتیب در فواصل حدود 100 متری و 200 متری واحد استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش شبکه اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 30 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد، همچنین یک انباری که درب آن قفل است در حیاط واحد قرار دارد.
جنگل اسالم، ساحل و جنگل گیسوم، آبگرم گیوی و... از جاذبه های گردشگری اسالم زیبا می باشد.
