این سوئیت دارای فضای خواب (4 تخت یکنفره)، فاقد امکانات پخت و پز، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد.
محیط اطراف حیاط این مجموعه با دیوار محصور شده و از مشاعات اقامتگاه می توان به رستوران، کافه، فضای نشیمن حیاط، آتشکده و باربیکیو اشاره کرد که با سایر مهمانان به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
سرایدار و نگهبان 24 ساعته در محوطه مجموعه اقامتی سکونت دارد و جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
در این اقامتگاه سفارش صبحانه، نهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه ممکن است.
