This one-bedroom Swiss cottage is located on the second floor of a two-story, single-unit building, featuring a cozy courtyard equipped with a table and chairs, and a balcony with unparalleled mountain and forest views in the pristine and pleasant-weather village of Mirvarzan, amidst green and forested nature. It is approximately 16 km from Shirgah and 9 km from Zirab, and about 200 meters from the train tracks.
The cottage's first floor includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and an Iranian toilet with a Western-style toilet. On the second floor, there is an open-plan bedroom and a balcony with forest views.
The courtyard is enclosed by a wall, and a supermarket is available approximately 500 meters away. Please note that the village does not have a bakery, so guests are kindly requested to bring their bread from the city. Mobile network coverage for Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and 4G internet access is available.
It should be noted that approximately 400 meters of the road leading to the cottage is unpaved and steep. Also, given that this cottage is located in a mountainous area, the access road has gentle slopes and winding turns.
Javaram is a forested village in the Savadkuh region between the cities of Shirgah and Zirab, which attracts many tourists annually due to the forest park located near this village.
