این اتاق مستر به همراه صبحانه رایگان و محوطه ای دلباز در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه 6 واحدی آسانسوردار با زیبایی و شکوه خانه های سنتی در بافت قدیم شهر تاریخی و زیبای عقدا و فاصله حدود 40 کیلومتری از شهر اردکان واقع شده است.
این اتاق با طراحی تو در تو دارای یک تخت دو نفره، دو تخت تک نفره، رخت خواب سنتی، بخاری گازی، اسپیلت و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، همچنین فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است ولی مهمانان می توانند از آشپزخانه مرکزی مجموعه با هماهنگی قبلی استفاده نمایند.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به حیاط دلباز مزین به حوض آب، باربیکیو، تنور، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی و فرنگی در راهرو هر طبقه اشاره کرد.
گفتنی است سروغذا در وعده ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکانپذیر است.
محوطه اطراف مجموعه با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در مجموعه حضور دارد، همچنین به جهت حفظ امنیت بیشتر، محوطه و ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
