این سوئیت مبله یک خوابه به همراه حیاطی نقلی با فاصله حدود 500 متری از ساحل دریا در روستای کووه ای واقع شده است.
محوطه سوئیت از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
آب مصرفی واحد از طریق منبع آب 4000 لیتری تامین می شود لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
در این اقامتگاه تورهای تفریحی و جزیره گردی با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه انجام می شود.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از نانوایی و سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 200 متری استفاده نمایند.
