این ویلا دو خوابه در با حیاط دلباز واقع شده است که تا شهر شاندرمن حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، تاب ریلکسی، آتشدان هیزمی و تاب فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام، سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب و بالکن و تراس قرار گرفته است.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده است و همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد. ضمنا در همسایگی ساختمانی نیمه ساز می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 20 متر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1 کیلومتر ممکن است.
