The room's amenities (lacking cooking facilities) include two double beds, one single bed, a refrigerator, an electric heater, an electric kettle, and a split air conditioner.
Shared facilities in this complex include the accommodation area, a central kitchen, a bathroom with an Iranian toilet, and a bathroom with a Western toilet.
The area around the building is fenced and equipped with CCTV cameras, and a caretaker resides on the premises.
For your daily needs, you can use the supermarket and bakery located approximately 200 meters from the accommodation.
It should be noted that the piped water for the accommodation is supplied from a tank, so it is advisable to bring bottled water for drinking. Also, the fuel for heating and cooking at the accommodation is supplied by LPG cylinders.

Please note that approximately 200 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is a dirt road.
