It is located beachfront in the pleasant climate region of Chaf, approximately 15 km from Langarud city. The cottage's design places the living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with a Western toilet on the lower floor, while one bedroom and a terrace with a sea view are on the upper floor. The surrounding area is enclosed by walls on all four sides, and for enhanced security, CCTV cameras overlook the premises. Please note that the cottage's water supply is from a well and is not suitable for drinking. Therefore, dear guests are advised to bring bottled water. For daily necessities, guests will have access to a supermarket and bakery approximately two kilometers from the cottage. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and 4G internet access is available. It is worth noting that approximately 100 meters of the path leading to the cottage is unpaved but accessible by all types of vehicles. Coastal Park, the beautiful and famous Chamkhaleh Beach, the Fish Market, Otaqvar Tourist City, Lilakuh Tourist Area, Lahijan City (known as the Bride of Gilan), and its cable car are among the attractions close to this area. Additionally, there is a bathroom with both Iranian (squat) and Western toilets in the yard.
