This duplex cottage offers a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and a bathroom with a Western toilet on the ground floor. The second floor includes an open-plan bedroom (without a door) and a terrace. Please note that the accommodation does not have an Iranian (squat) toilet. As the upper floor lacks a cooling system, it is recommended to use only the downstairs bedroom during warm seasons. Additionally, a unit is currently under construction near the accommodation, which may cause some noise. The accommodation's yard is fenced. For your daily necessities, you can find a supermarket approximately 500 meters away and a bakery about 2 kilometers from the property. Mobile network quality for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and 4G internet access is available. Please be aware that approximately 200 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved (a dirt road).
