The unit is thoughtfully designed with a living room, kitchen, one Iranian and one Western toilet, and a balcony with a table and chairs on the lower floor. The upper floor features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a Western toilet. Additionally, a jacuzzi is available on the terrace. The area surrounding the cottage is enclosed on two sides by a wall and barbed wire. For enhanced security, the accommodation is equipped with CCTV cameras covering the parking lot, entrance gate, and alley. Guests can order breakfast, lunch, and dinner with prior arrangement and separate payment. For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are conveniently located within one to two kilometers. Mobile signal quality for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and 4G internet coverage is available. Please note that the last 100 meters leading to the accommodation is a cemented road, accessible by car. Kindly be aware that the lower floor of the unit is semi-constructed, and no construction is currently taking place there. The access road to Dalkhani Forest is fully asphalted but winding, steep, and narrow in some sections. For safe travel, driving at a safe speed is essential.
