Swiss Cottage by Saram Lake in Izadshahr

This one-bedroom Swiss cottage features a terrace and a spacious courtyard, located next to Sarom Lake in Izadshahr.
The cottage is designed such that the lower floor, accessible via 18 steps, includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom with a Western toilet, and a spacious terrace with lake views. The upper floor has one bedroom and a cozy balcony. An Iranian toilet is also located in the courtyard.
The area surrounding the cottage is fenced on three sides and walled on the other, with a guard residing on the premises.
It should be noted that electricity for the cottage is supplied via solar panels, and gas via liquid cylinders. The tap water is not of sufficient quality for drinking, so it is recommended to bring bottled water with you.
Please note that due to energy supply limitations, the accommodation does not have a cooling system. For the comfort of guests, one fan is available in the cottage. It is also advisable not to use high-consumption appliances such as irons, hair straighteners, electric heaters, and hair dryers.
Guests can use the supermarket and bakery, located approximately two kilometers from the cottage, for their daily needs.
Fishing and boating on the lake are possible with prior coordination and separate payment. There is also a horse riding stable next to the cottage.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and internet access is available via 4G.
It should be mentioned that approximately 700 meters of the road leading to the cottage is unpaved.
The tourist area of Alimalat Lake, Izadshahr Forest, Lavij Hot Springs, Chamestan, Ab Pari Waterfall, Kashpal Spring, Lavij Hot Water Spring, and the surrounding foothills with their unique views and old market are among the attractions of Izadshahr and are accessible from this accommodation.
