As the accommodation's water supply comes from a natural spring, the water might change color on rainy days. Therefore, it is recommended to bring bottled water under such conditions. For their daily necessities, dear guests can find a supermarket and a bakery approximately one kilometer from the villa. Network quality for Irancell is good for calls and offers 4G internet coverage, but the reception for Hamrah-e Avval operator is weak. It is worth mentioning that approximately 800 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved (dirt road) but accessible by car. Please be aware that there is a stable about 60 meters from the house where livestock are kept. With prior arrangement and separate payment, you can enjoy local dairy products.
