The house's yard is enclosed on two sides with a hedge and barbed wire, and the other two sides are unfenced.
Given that the water supply for the accommodation comes from a spring, the unit's water may change color on rainy days. Therefore, it is recommended to bring bottled water with you in such conditions.
Dear guests can purchase their daily necessities from a supermarket and bakery located approximately one kilometer from the villa.
The network quality for Irancell is good for calls, and internet coverage is 4G, but the signal for Hamrah-e Aval operator is weak.
It is worth noting that approximately 800 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved but accessible by car.
Please note that about 60 meters from the house, there is a stable where livestock are kept. With prior arrangement and separate payment, you can purchase local dairy products.
The access road to the accommodation is a mountainous and sloping road. Please drive carefully and at a safe speed, especially on curves, and observe safety precautions. We recommend planning your journey to arrive at the accommodation during the day as much as possible, as driving on the road can be more difficult at night due to darkness, fog, and mountainous conditions.
