این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه که یکخواب آن مستر است با حیاط دلباز در شهر لیسار واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام و سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی این خانه در اتاق مستر تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط از یک طرف با دیوار و از سه طرف با فنس فلزی محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، و سرایدار نیز در محوطه اقامت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 150 متر ممکن است.
