این سوئیت حیاط دار یکخوابه در روستای گورابسر واقع شده است و با شهر رشت حدود 11 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این سوئیت به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 2 پله شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، اتاق خواب تو در تو می باشد. گفتنی است حمام و سرویس ایرانی از آشپزخانه در دسترس است.
اطراف حیاط این سوئیت با دیوار محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه حیاط مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته می باشد.
